Multi-stage Facilitation & Support

This is for work that needs more than a single meeting or workshop to get you where you need to be.

I help you set the work up well from the start, with clarity about what you're trying to achieve, who needs to be involved, and what needs to happen to keep things moving.

From there, we work out where you need me and what you can confidently take forward yourselves.

That might mean I facilitate key sessions, coach you to lead other parts yourself, help with planning and design, or come back in at agreed points to review progress and work through what happens next. Or I can help you put strong agreements and processes in place so you can keep the work moving and hold yourselves accountable without me.

We start by understanding what you're navigating.
You complete a background questionnaire, followed by a 30-minute conversation. We’ll talk about what you're trying to achieve, who's involved, what's happening now, what has already been tried, and what a successful outcome would look like.

I recommend an approach.
I’ll then recommend a process, including where I think my involvement will add the most value and where you can take the lead. Your proposal will set out the recommended stages, responsibilities, timeframe and costs.

We build in follow-through.
The aim isn't to make you dependent on me. It’s to make sure the work doesn't lose momentum once the meetings are over. That means clear commitments, responsibilities and ways to check progress and review what’s working.

Depending on what you need, I can stay involved at key points to provide support and accountability, or help you put the right processes in place to do that yourselves.

Costs

As a guide, this type of work generally starts from $8,000 + GST.

The final cost depends on what you're trying to achieve, the complexity of the work, how many people are involved, the number and type of sessions needed, the level of support you want from me, and whether any additional expertise or co-facilitation is required.

Your proposal will set out the recommended approach, what’s included and the full cost before you decide whether to proceed.
