Are you a woman running a business or leading a community organisation who wants to get better at prioritising your time, staying focused on what matters, and keeping your work sustainable for the long haul?
Women Who Follow Through is a six month online programme that helps you build practical skills to prioritise your time, manage your workload, and stay on track with the work that sustains and grows your business or organisation. You’ll learn how to turn intention into consistent action through simple tools that make planning feel clear and achievable.
This programme is led and co facilitated by Vicki Moselen from Business Coaches New Zealand (BCNZ) and Carolyn Smith from Woven Collaboration.
Vicki is an experienced business coach who has supported many SMEs to set priorities, plan realistically, and build systems that make their work easier to manage. As a former business owner and busy single mum of three, she understands the reality of juggling competing demands and brings practical, well tested tools to help things feel more doable.
Carolyn brings experience from the community and not for profit sector, along with governance, strategy, and facilitation expertise. She creates inclusive spaces where people can learn, connect, and work with clarity. As a solopreneur herself, she understands how easy it is to get caught up in day to day delivery and lose sight of the work that keeps your organisation healthy.
Together, we offer a balanced mix of business and community leadership experience, a practical toolkit, and a genuine commitment to seeing women succeed.

"Being part of this women’s business accountability group has been such a great experience. The facilitators were kind, supportive, and genuinely wanted to see us succeed — but they also weren’t afraid to give honest feedback when it mattered. I’ve learned so much about myself, how to set goals that really mean something, and how to stay accountable to them."
Samantha Fleming, The Eye Lady.
"This programme was an invaluable experience for me to dig deeper into what my goals are and how to achieve them. It helped me get clearer, be more productive, see unhelpful habits, get clearer financially and break new ground. It was surprising, fun and really really valuable."
Laurel Devine, Creative Director OneOneSix.
