For SMEs and organisations ready to take the next step, we help you turn good intentions into a clear, practical plan you easily follow.
This programme gives SMEs and community, not for profit organisations the skills and support to design an environmental sustainability action plan that fits your reality, builds your reputation, and creates long term value.
This programme is co facilitated by Katherine Dixon, Nature Positive, and Carolyn from Woven Collaboration.
Katherine Dixon specialises in helping businesses weave best practice for nature and sustainability into their strategy and operations. She brings over 20 years of experience across industry, NGOs, academia and government.
As co founder of Nature Positive, Katherine blends ecological expertise with collaborative facilitation. She is committed to building strong cross sector partnerships that support positive outcomes for business, nature, and the communities they serve.
Carolyn comes from a conservation background, with 21 years in community engagement and partnerships with the Department of Conservation. As a professional facilitator, she brings a warm, inclusive approach to designing workshops and sessions.
Her focus is helping organisations increase their impact for people and the planet. She helps them make sense of complexity, build shared understanding, and create practical, community and nature centred plans they can stand behind.
Together, we offer a balanced mix of strategic clarity, ecological insight, and hands on support.
