  • Format: Half-day session for leaders of collaborative partnerships

  • Inclusions: Guidance on what collaborative leadership looks like, how to form principles for working together, and how to create the conditions for successful collaboration

  • Outcome: Leaders understand their role in shaping a collaborative culture and have agreed principles to guide the work

  • Format: Half-day to full-day workshop (depending on size and scale)

  • Inclusions: Translation of shared aspirations, goals, and ideas into a structured action plan. Follows project management principles to identify risks, clarify responsibilities, set timeframes, allocate resources, and define success measures

  • Outcome: A practical, accountable action plan that enables the collaboration to deliver on its goals with confidence

  • Format: 2–3 hour workshop

Delivery & Costs

  • All sessions can be facilitated online or in person

  • For in-person sessions, travel and materials are additional
